Granite combines strength, durability, and timeless natural appeal,

making it a reliable choice for both residential and commercial

spaces.

About Granite Tiles

Granite is a natural igneous stone formed under intense heat and pressure, resulting in exceptional strength and density. Its formation
process gives it one of the hardest surfaces in natural stone, making it highly resistant to wear and ideal for long-term use.

Widely used in both residential and commercial applications, granite performs exceptionally well in high-traffic environments while maintaining its natural beauty over time. Its durability and resistance to scratching make it a reliable choice for flooring, cladding, and countertops.

Granite is also known for its wide range of colours and natural patterns, offering versatility across different design styles. Easy to maintain and inherently hygienic, it provides a practical and refined solution for modern spaces.

Finishes

Leathered

Leathering is the process of texturing the granite’s smooth surface, leaving it less glossy and “non-slip”. It is easy to clean and maintain, as well as smooth to the touch. Therefore, leathering is a perfect balance between style and practicality.

Polished

Polishing gives the stone a highly reflective sheen that produces the least porous finished surface. This finish gives granite flooring, countertops and more, a very elegant and rich look, and provides it with a beautiful depth of colour.

Honed

Buffing the stone to slightly less than the highest level achieves a honed finish. The result is a smooth but natural appearance. A honed finish refers to any level that is less than polished and therefore includes many levels of natural finish.

Shot-blasted

Shot-blasting uses small steel beads propelled at the stone surface to create a subtly textured, durable finish. This method enhances grip while maintaining a refined, uniform look. It is well-suited to high-traffic environments where both performance and a modern aesthetic are required.

Sandblasted

Sandblasting involves projecting fine particles at high pressure onto the stone surface, creating a lightly textured, matte finish. This process reduces surface reflectivity while improving slip resistance. The result is a clean, consistent appearance that works well across both interior and exterior applications.

Bush Hammered

Bush hammering creates a heavily textured surface by mechanically impacting the stone, resulting in a rough, uniform finish. This process enhances slip resistance, making it ideal for outdoor and high-traffic areas. The finish highlights the natural strength of the stone while adding a bold, tactile character.
